South Fork North Bend

About us

Eat. Drink.
Gather.

est. 2022
Named after the nearby South Fork of the Snoqualmie River, we opened in October 2022 at the entrance to the Cascades with one idea: build a place where the whole valley can eat, drink and gather. Two acres next to a 50-acre park, a 5,000 sq ft beer garden, two heated tents, and a giant slingshot for good measure.

The kitchen

Led by Chef Charlotte Glaves, Best Chef in Best of 425 2025.

We're proud to offer an almost entirely scratch-made menu. Brisket smoked for 12 hours, bread from Macrina, cheese from Beecher's, ice cream from Snoqualmie Ice Cream and greens from a farm 15 minutes away.

We partner with producers who share our commitment to sustainability, conservation and their craft. They are the Friends of South Fork.

Small-batch roasting and direct relationships with farmers, long before "direct trade" was a buzzword. Nearly 30 years in, they still roast daily, and we're proud to pour Vita every morning.

    Fort George Brewery

    Astoria, OR, since 2007

Born on the original Fort Astoria site and now one of Oregon's biggest breweries, still proudly Astorian. We toured the brewhouse and brewed a beer together with their team.

Together we madeClosed on Tuesdays IPA. Fitting, since we are, in fact, closed on Tuesdays.

    Royal Family Farming

    Royal City, WA, since 1962

A family farm that recycles almost everything: leftover crops feed the animals, and their Soil Center turns orchard waste into healthy soil. Knowing how the animals are raised matters.
