Our other company, Compass Outdoor Adventures has been around since 2007. Running corporate events and summer camps for kids off all ages, our main goal was to get folks together and engaged with each other. We ran events all over the place and would often finish with beers at other folks’ restaurants. Life was good and we were making an impact on thousands of folks.
Then Covid happened. Programs evaporated, folks retreated indoors, and our business went online. We still spread connection and enjoy via zoom, but it wasn’t quite the same.
As we began to come out of the pandemic, we had this crazy idea. We could see from our virtual programs that people really, really wanted to get back together with each other. They wanted to get out and EAT, DRINK, and most importantly GATHER with others.
We started South Fork in North Bend in 2022 to do just that. Provide a family friendly place where folks can feel comfortable to hang out, meet their neighbors, and enjoy the camaraderie of other awesome people, all while having amazing, creative PNW food and drink.
