Transfer Ticket: Contact us at least 24 hours in advance via email (info@southforknorthbend.com) with your full name, email, the recipient's full name, and email. We will confirm the transfer.
Rescheduling: One rescheduling allowed if done a week (7 days) before the event. Availability is not guaranteed; partial refund or ticket transfer may be recommended if no slots are open.
Cancellation: Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event for a refund.
90% refund for cancellations made a week (7 days) in advance.
50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
